The location of this property is superb, you got a full view of Mt Kinabalu, and beatiful Sunrise at the corridor. Respond to servicing needs is quick and helpful.
Tough and small Carpark, not suitable for SUV, the room floor are not clean (like QC check overlook on mopping the floor), blanket is too thin, may be the hotel can consider provide guest thicker comforter. there is no cafe attached to it nor food / coffee vending provided, as road is too tough to drive up and down, will be good to have one.
