The view was great and there was even a special platform for us to take photo of Mount Kinabalu. The wifi was a life saver as the reception in that area was terrible. Their staff was super friendly and welcomed us with a big smile.
The sound proof in the room was terrible. We could hear people walking around the whole night and someone next door / upstairs was chatting late into the night. There was a lack of power supply in the room, which make charging our phone + using the fan at the same time, a bit difficult.

Clean and comfortable
No staff help at all. Not set up for tourism. Kids screaming in the morning early and evenings.
Far from shops/food. No evidence of Christianity apart from the Bibles?
