    1) the location is close to kinabalu part around 5 minutes and kundasang town. 2) A room with a nature view that shares a balcony with another rooms located by the entrance. 3) The room was basic and lacked of fan or air conditioning- likely because the weather at kundasang is quite cool.. But i would have liked at least a fan for air circulation in the room. 4) There was also a dog sleeping on the room's balcony steps..a well-behaved dog that didn't bother anyone. I hope the staff will keep the balcony clean, given that a dog sleeps there. 5) The bathroom is clean and like village-style. It is equipped with a shower and a water heater..though the water in Kundasang is very cold! 6) The room has a TV but no broadcast channels..however, don't worry the staff will let you choose three DVDs to watch. That is certainly better than having nothing to watch at all. 7) feel very quiet at night because it is a forest area..good for who like a nature and far from a city. 8) staff were very helpfull.

    1. The location is amazing. It’s very peaceful and quiet at night, even though it’s close to the main road. Surrounded by nature with fresh, cool air. 2. The staff are kind and friendly. There’s also an extra staff member, the cats! 😆 They are super friendly and were the first to welcome us. 3. The price is very reasonable and worth it. 4. The facilities are great. There’s a BBQ area, an outdoor sink, a smoking area, and a nice place to relax and chill. 5. The only small suggestion is to make the parking area a bit bigger. Since it’s on a hill, going up and down can feel a little scary sometimes. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

    Its just nice for hikers cuz it's near and convenient. The water heater is not that hot so u need to boil hot water.

    Booked 3D2N but only stayed 1 night. Room was very dirty and toilet felt unsafe. Check-in was late at 4:30pm so couldn’t find another hotel nearby. Only reason I could get there at all was because I’m using a 4x4 - road access is terrible/excessive. Would not recommend until management improves cleanliness and safety.
