Location, easy access from main road, restaurant within compound and plenty of parking space. Also the reception upgraded us to chalet so we could have a view of Mount Kinabalu. Very kind of her.
Well, the chalet has steep staircases and the stair planks are smaller than my feet, making climbing up and down, a bit hairy. Thats all

convenience because the hotel is in town
Water pressure is very very low for shower. I did not aware also we need to claim up high staircase to the room. The room is not suitable for elderly.

Probably is one of the nicer places you could stay in Kundasang. Tv worked once we replaced battery. Staff were nice and wifi worked. When we couldn’t shut the door they sent housekeeping up really quickly
Definitely could do with some upkeep. Bathroom was rather gross and unclean, carpets were dirty, doors had gaps under them, beds were rock solid. Safe didn’t work, and we didn’t receive any daily housekeeping. Still an overall pleasant stay but with minor problems.
