The place is very beautiful with a stunning view of Mount Kinabalu right in front of you, and there is a river below it’s truly gorgeous. The house is clean, fully equipped, and nothing is lacking.
So far, there are no issues. As for the water problem, that’s quite normal in Kundasang it’s usually like that there. The roads are also pretty normal. We Sabahans are already used to it anyway.

The property is easy to access to tourist attractions and the view of Mount Kinabalu is right behind the house .
Some basic facilities are lacking . The water pressure was not good and heater not functioning. I have to heat up water manually .
