OK, once I'd got access

Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Parking is available outside during July but needs a residents permit for the rest of the year.

Needs to be a better system for dealing with guests access and keys. Cleanliness - the toilet, sink area and floor in the bathroom was dirty, as were some areas in the bedroom. I didn't use the kitchen or living room so can't comment on these. The blinds in the bedroom don't block any light out at all. A mirror in the bedroom would be useful. Some really simple improvements would make a huge difference to this accommodation.

Good for its value!

Host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had. While you do have to share the restroom with others this is a good deal in regards to having your own room rather than paying about the same price sharing a room in a hostel with others. I also toured Anfield which is a 10 min walk which worked perfectly!

The shower was kinda small and crammed however maybe that is me speaking as someone from America who isn’t use to having small let spaces lol. This wasn’t an issue for me but keep in mind since this is a new place there is no internet but it wasn’t an issue for me since I already have cellular data. Aside from that we ran out of toilet paper during my stay so we were low on some toiletries. To be fair this place is new and this place is good for its value and has a lot of potential.
