This place are very unpleasant stay and not comfy!!!! Bad was dirty, the furniture and facilities were old and the bathroom was not clean at all . Very unhygienic and uncomfortable to stay in. Old facilities which made the house easily disturbed by noise!! Never recommend this place🤬

Ok just to put your head down

Fridge in communal area was working well

Showers were disgusting, mattresse was so soft might aswell not been there when sat on the edge of the bed it squashed right down to the base

Nothing at all.

Don't know where to start absolutely disgusting place. Please do not go here at any cost.staff useless ,dirty sheets , duvet, toilet and shower filthy. No toilet roll ,towel had a weird smell, could smell cigarettes from other rooms , didn't feel safe at all. The list goes on. I just wish I could have posted more pictures of this place, can only add 4.

To sum it up, I was decent. I might go again, if I find the same low price, mostly for its location.

First of all the low price is worth. It has great price for value ratio. I would give more than 35€ per day. The room was decent, old furniture, the only thing is worth an improvement is the mattress. But nevertheless it was a decent.

The downside is the toilet. The marks tell us the little to no cleaning of it. The three days I stayed there I didn’t saw or smell a clean toilet. Just to suggest keep it clean doesn’t do the job. I didn’t use the kitchen so no opinion on this matter. The rooms have very thin walls but the other tenants were very quiet.

Do not stay here.

The guys from the mini market (who kind of work for the flat) were super nice.

For starters, I had to discover that I had to pickup the keys at the mini market downstairs, which I only learned by reading the reviews. The shower and WC were super dirty. No soap, sometimes no toilet paper. The kitchen was disgusting. Not 1 pan or pot that could be used without eating broken teflon or aluminum, even after washing them. The fridge was disgusting as well. The window of the bedroom was inclined, so the noise of the rain on it was awful. The blinds were broken so could not be opened, then I was in the dark, and had to turn on the lights even during the day. The noise from other doors opening and closing all day and night was horrible. Do not go here.

Dirty. Blood on the bed cover. Toilet part ran out. No one to talk to about this. I slept with a towel over me. No soap. An old dirty bottle of shampoo. I would never stay there again. I can’t believe you send people to this place.

Convenient for me as I visited Liverpool during the title celebrations where prices were high.

For the price its value for money. But shared bathroom on each floor. The good thing is that exactly next to premises there was a bus stop that takes you to the city centre within 5 minutes. Or just 25 minutes by walk to city centre .

The bedroom was a bit stuffy but otherwise clean overall. And bathro0m shared per floor. Furniture is very old.

Absolutely nothing

Disgusting mess everywhere and everything was very dirty. Anything touched was sticky to the fingers. Only boiling water under molded shower. In the kitchen a lot of flies.

Worst unsafe place ever and unsuitable for needs.

Felt very unsafe and had to leave wakled into about 15 men probably cleaning their own rooms. Unsafe unsuitable accommodation especially for lone women. Had to go and find accommodation elsewhere. Please nobody go here unless your used to hostel type conditions but this is probably worse than any hostel I should be given a refund. This seems just odd.

Disappointed

Easy to get the Bus to town 10 mins and easy for train.The dairy lady held our luggage for us as we arrived at 12 noon which was nice.

Could not check in early, could not get hold of Jay. The shower was dirty, and the toilet paper ran out. We stayed 3 nights to long.

Good value

This is a very reasonable flat for the money. It is clean and the room is fine. It's not luxury but for the price it is value for money. The location is good in that it is a 20 minute walk into the city centre. There isn't much in the area where the flat is.

It would be nice to have a bedside lamp in the room. The mattress was a bit soft but it was ok for one night.

Low cost stay

Room clean and bed comfortable. Shared shower/toilet facilities each floor which is reflected in price. I initially went into the wrong convenience/supermarket store to get the keys so do check location. Property is side of/above a convenience supermarket which sells everything and open till very late. Parking is available on bare land adjacent to property (parking restrictions apply on streets in local area)....just watch out for big hole with a tree branch in to highlight. I was going to relocate the branch before I realised it was there to stop cars accidentally driving into the hole lol

My room only had a velux roof window so not sure how hot would be in hotter weather. Shared kitchen had full bins each day I was there :-( and cupboards allocated to each room which contained stuff from previous and current stays. Looks like could be OK for longer stays but I only used as a base to sleep as visiting friends nearby. See comment about hole in parking area

Cheap and cheerfull

The flat was clean and airy we stayed in flat J Had a velux window lets in lots of light, kitchen and bathrooms were clean well stocked utensils everything you could need. We bought all our own food and drink. Shop below and across the road Tesco bus stops immediately out front of the flat.

The area was a lil run down but we didn’t care the flat was cheap we stayed the night we had a really good experience.

Would just like to say a massive thankyou for a last minute stay, room was very lovely and spacious and also had good facilities. Would 100% recommend Jeys flat, great location not to far to walk to the center and local shop open till late. Also very good price to stay :)

Bad check in - they were not prepared for my stay. Had to wait 20 mins to get in to the room. No coffee or milk in the morning. Just tea and sugar.

Comfortable and clean room but dirty shared kitchen

Convenient location with comfortable and clean room, including a kettle. I had an attic room with a skylight which provided ample natural light but no view.

The shared kitchen was dirty with many dirty dishes and food left out on benches and also in the cupboards. I had to ask twice for the overflowing bin to be emptied and the benches and floor were also in need of cleaning.

Liverpool sat night

I liked the easiness of getting key and getting to room. Plenty of parking space provided. Good size room for what we payed on a Saturday night in liverpool. Ran out of toilet paper and wasn't replaced straight away and some mould in the shower but overall great price and perfect for a couple nights stay

about 10 min bus ride to city centre, had everything we needed (washing machine, huge kitchen, mini mart downstairs, bus stop right outside). Was nice and quiet and room was perfect size for two people. place was clean and tidy.
