Clean, comfy and quiet stay ! 👏👏👏👏👏

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t be happier with our choice of accommodation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, spotless, and beautifully prepared for guests. The cleanliness was truly exceptional – every area was fresh, tidy, and maintained to a very high standard, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with lovely bedding that made it so easy to relax and get a perfect night’s sleep. It’s rare to sleep this well away from home, but here it was effortless. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere was another highlight – no noise, no disturbances, just pure relaxation. It was exactly what we needed to rest and recharge. You can really see the attention to detail and the care that goes into making guests feel comfortable. The whole place had a calm, cosy feel that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely love to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Comfortable stay near Anfield with parking

Great value, very comfortable, walking distance to Anfield, and with visitor parking permits for on street parking. Great choice for an overnight stay if you're visiting for the football. Shared bathroom was spacious and clean. We had no issues. Communication from the host was great too.

The best place to stay 👏👏 plcomfy , clean and calm

Absolutely love staying here every time! The place is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are super comfy — some of the best sleep I’ve had while travelling. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everything is exactly as described (or even better). Communication with the host is always smooth and pleasant, which makes the whole stay stress-free. I always come back here with pleasure and truly love this place. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely return again!

Nice and close to family, nice digs

Coms were excellent. Local dairy guy rang for a taxi and was very pleasant - as were the people I spoke with out on the street. Got to have a free fireworks display from the neighbours lol

A few too many reminders of rules, not like we were out to break any unlike the noisy guy in room 2.

Lovely room very comfortable.

The bedroom was a lovely size the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. Very pleased.

That the key lock is quite difficult to open, the stairs are very steep and the drop step into the bathroom was tricky to navigate in the night.

Highly recommend- spotless!

I really enjoyed my stay at Modern Art House. From the moment I entered the property, I was delighted with everything I saw. The whole place smelled fresh, with a clean scent of washing powder in the air. Everything was spotless, and I absolutely loved my room. It had my vibe, I even fell in love the window in my room. The bed was so comfy, I also could watch Netflix. The location was also perfect: about an hour’s walk to the city centre and close to a bus stop — I loved that. Next time I come to Liverpool, I’d be happy to stay here again. Thank you for this amazing stay! 🫶🏼

The only downside was that I could hear the guests staying in the room above mine. I could hear their footsteps and other noises, which made it quite loud at times. So whenever I wanted to fall asleep, I sometimes had to use my earphones.

The welcome email from the property nearly made me book somewhere else. Don`t do this don`t do that or you will be fined. I appreciate they may get some irresponsible guests but the welcome email made me feel uncomfortable. Glad I didnt book elsewhere as it is one of the better places to stay of this kind

Feels like home

The location is one bus away from the airport. The house is cozy and nice. Very tidy and with minimalist design. Bed is so comfy. I utilized well the common areas like kitchen,dining room, spaceous bathroom and back yard. The athmosphere at home is very welcomming. It really feels like home. The property is really taken care of. The place is so peaceful.

1.Check in time is 1600h. 2. The inconsideration of other guests about their noise like talking outside of their room since my room is not soundproof. Plus they left the main door unlocked when they left. 2. No fan in my room, it got warm. No wind is comming from my window. (Summer time)

Lovely little rooms on outskirts of Liverpool

As a solo traveller and property is new and not rated I was a tad apprehensive, however I was not disappointed. The room was spacious, with fresh linen, towels and a wee facecloth (nice touch) The decor is fantastic with colourful art on walls (I found out later this is the owners personal artwork 😳) Teas/Coffees available in house which was great after a long day. Location is good for local shops for milk etc and not too far from both football stadiums with Goodison Park literally 1 street away.

Not so much what I didn't like but only downside. There was a small plumbing issue during my stay which meant I couldn't have a shower but owner was quick to respond which was brilliant especially early on a Sunday and apologised but these things happen to us all and only staying one night, so lack of shower wasn't a huge deal.

日本人がイメージするホテルではなく、キーボックスから鍵を取り出して入室する宿です。宿には当然スタッフはいないため、3つある部屋の他の宿泊者によっては不便に思う可能性があります。また、リビングやバスルームは共用なので、初めての海外旅行で1人で宿泊する人は事前に情報をよく確認すると良いと思います。
