Very comfortable bed!

The bed and pillows were really comfortable! Parking was free (there are no assigned spaces but there was a free spot when we arrived). Daria, the host, was very friendly and helpful. There were some basics for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, etc.).

As with most residential buildings, you can hear the neighbours a bit (although they were quiet a night). The place could be a bit cleaner, there was a lot of dust on things (probably because of the type of heating unit). I had to clean out the detergent drawer in the washing machine because there was some mold in it. But even considering these things, we'd still stay here again!

I've had an amazing stay in this cozy, well-equipped studio! It's just a 10-minute walk to the vibrant heart of Split, making it super convenient for exploring the city without needing a car every time. The private parking spot was a huge bonus—secure, easy to access, and right on-site, which saved me so much hassle in this busy area. The host was splendid—super responsive and friendly from the first message. Communication was flawless, and they truly went above and beyond, even being flexible with our checkout time to accommodate our schedule.

Very nice small flat and wonderful location.

We are two plus a small dog. Not very spacious but it's fine. It was actually smaller than photo. However, very nice Owner. She was very kind and helpful. Very clean and well equippped in flat.

Shower was bit small and drain was bit slow but no big problem.

Fantastic neighbourhood, walkable to the old city and Varos but its own quiet area close to the beach and parks for sunset. Great kitchen . Daria was super helpful with tips on where to go and always responded immediately to questions we had

Split is not fun . Go elsewhere in Croatia.’

It has everything I need and is not too far away from the town center. The coffee provided by the host is delicious. The host is very responsive to my needs.

Very small studio. You need to carry your luggage up many steep steps from the parking. The shower drains very slowly. The shower drain needs a thorough cleaning by a plumber.

Great, new & very comfortable

Studio Nika's very a nice apartment. Everything's new and comfortable. Located 15 minutes' walk from the beach and cliffs jumping. There are two markets and bus stop nearby. Close to marina with luxury yachts and beautiful old Split center. It's a great place to stay in Split. I highly recommend it. We were at Ultra music festival in Split in 2025 which was a fantastic event. Great location near the beach allows you to take a rest on the beach after party ;)

Prijazna gostiteljica. Lep balkonček za druženje ob kavi. Zelo dobra lokacija, le 15 minut peš tako do centra kot do plaže.

Postelja je bila pretrda za najin okus.
