Our stay in September was exceptional. We were delighted with an upgrade to a room in the new building — elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail reflected comfort and quality. The breakfast was truly outstanding, with an impressive selection and impeccable presentation. Staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The serene seaside setting made it the ideal place to unwind. A wonderful experience from start to finish — we look forward to returning.
The outdoor pool is small, but the sea is right there, so we didn't mind.

The hotel rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Large and spacious, exceptionally comfortable bed (and very large) beautiful balcony with a view over the sea. Excellent modern facilities with everything you hope to have in a hotel room of this quality.
Staff were all lovely throughout the hotel and very helpful.
Breakfast was excellent with an option of sitting in the beautiful restaurant area inside or the terrace area outside in front of the sea.
Definitely a wonderful place to stay for relaxation with its indoor heated pool and outdoor large jacuzzi pool and sauna, steam room etc
Perhaps something that could be added is a shuttle service either via boat or bus into the town. The walk to Pula is 50minutes or you can order Ubers very easily but it would be lovely to have an option of using a transfer option. in saying all of this the location is stunning, set next to a harbour with incredible views and total peace and tranquility.

•Angenehmes Ambiente im gesamten Hotel
•Das Potenzial für ein wirklich tolles Hotel ist definitiv vorhanden
•Restaurant und Service waren überfordert, fehlende Koordination
•Interne Systeme funktionieren nicht: Buchungen und Abrechnungen nicht synchron, mehrfache Anrufe nach dem Checkout
•Lift macht ungewöhnliche Geräusche, zudem führt die Taste „2. Stock“ zu einer ungesicherten Baustelle → großes Sicherheitsrisiko
•Beim Begleichen der offenen Rechnung am Folgetag unfreundliche, schnippische Antwort erhalten
•Für die aufgerufenen Preise erwarte ich, dass Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren, so wie in anderen Hotels in Pula oder weltweit
