    we (2 couples) spend an extended weekend in the new Monumenti Heirtage Hotel in Pula. Something I was genuinely looking forward to as I know the area pretty well and was observing this hotel since construction began. I must admit they did a great job renovating old fortress and combining it with new building! Location is fantastic, overlooking entrance to Pula bay and Pula itself. Hotel in general is a 5-star in all elements - from rooms , cleanliness and (mostly) services. I would definitely recommend staying here and spending a relaxed holiday, combined with everything Pula and surroundings are offering. Room for improvement? There are some areas, like to have room serviced everyday (during our stay they forgot to do it once), to have a dedicated space for bicycles (a lot of guests are bringing their bikes and are exploring Istria), way from your room to wellnes goes either through hotel restaurant or through reception - wandering through prepared for wellness is not comfortable etc. Seeing how the hotel is built, what is the efforts put into operating it I believe it is on the right track and I (we) are definitely coming back!

    Very nice restoration of old military barracks from the Austro-Hungarian empire. Beautiful small beach (very small outdoor pool) and fantastic breakfast. Great staff. Everything is done beautifully and in line with nature and location

    Excellent choice! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly, the beach was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable with outstanding, silent air conditioning. The breakfast was good as well.
