Kona Pacific A-206 is an incredible option for your Hawaii Vacation! Enjoy the Kona breezes from your lanai at this fantastic condo in Kailua-Kona. You’ll be treated to ocean views from your outdoor dining space, shared access to a community swimming pool and gas grill.
This wonderfully spacious condo has 829 interior square feet & an additional 200 square feet lanai! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit and window AC in both the living area and the bedroom if needed. The primary bedroom has a King Sized bed, TV and an en-suite full bathroom. The living room has easy access the lanai and contains a full-size sofa sleeper and access to a full bathroom as well! 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom is incredibly rare, but an amazing feature!
Kona Pacific is located on the South edge of downtown Kailua Kona, just off of Ali'i Drive and an easy walk to Honl’s Beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to most downtown attractions, shopping, dining and the ocean, while still being quiet & peaceful to make your stay enjoyable. Kona Pacific offers a pool and barbecue area, multiple elevators, assigned parking (compact to mid-sized) and larger square footage of the living area in comparison to other complexes in Kona. The concrete building allows for more privacy within your condominium and the grounds are beautifully landscaped offering a quiet, peaceful, Hawai'i feeling.
The units location is near the Elevator for easy access.

4. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Kona Pacific #A206 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

It was very clean and all set up to live the best two weeks of our lives. Very beautiful surroundings and peaceful. The pool was great. The parking was safe. Everyone was friendly. I recommend Kona Pacific anytime

Very much enjoyed the condo for part of our stay on the Big Island! We did not receive the code for check-in in the e-mail, as was noted, and I was worried about receiving it as we checked in on a holiday, but after a few tries, I was able to get in touch with someone that provided the code to the condo. It was in great shape and clean and comfortable. Contact with the company was prompt (was looking for beach towels and they responded in a very timely manner). Right in the downtown area close to shopping and restaurants and Ali'i Drive provided nice scenery for my morning runs. Would recommend!
