As you enter, you'll feel right at home with the Hawaiian atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The main bedroom features a comfortable California king bed adorned with Hawaii-inspired decor. The bathroom is located in the hallway for guests' use and comes with a bathtub-shower combination.
Enjoy the open layout of the living area, dining area, and kitchen. There's a pull-out sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, and you can choose to dine either inside or on the screened lanai.
The living area provides a great indoor and outdoor living experience. Inside, there's a table with chairs, and the lovely Hawaii vibes extend to the lanai, which offers ample seating and is screened in. It's an ideal spot to enjoy the refreshing Hawaii breeze with a cup of Kona coffee.
Kona Plaza offers two sunset decks with a large lanai and BBQ grills for guests to use. Additionally, there's a pool on the property. This condo is conveniently located in the heart of Kailua Kona, just off Ali'i Drive, giving you access to all the amenities and attractions of the area. You'll even find beach chairs and a cooler for your use.

- This unit has split air conditioning.
- There are no stairs to access the unit.

The pool will be closed, Friday September 15 to Friday October 3, due to ongoing construction for concrete repairs to the side wall near pool ramp. Project is estimated to be 2-3 weeks long.
While the property managers strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that differ from the original pictures. However, the functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may have improved.
