This perfectly located gem has everything you need for a stay of a few days or several months. This is the type of location you actually would not have to have a car in Kona.

Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quiet and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.

Kona Plaza Condominium Complex has a great pool with lounge chairs & 2 BBQ decks with great views of the ocean/mountain.

The Kailua Bay pier is a short 5-minute walk, from which most of the boat excursions on the Big Island's west coast depart (snorkel, whale watch, dinner cruise). Safeway grocery, Longs drugstore (CVS), gas stations, Costco, and Target are a short drive away.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kona Plaza 202. The unit is conveniently located, close to everything from beach to restaurants and grocery stores, very clean, spacious enough for small family and has everything that can be required for feeling home away from home. Kitchen is fully stocked, huge balcony with partial ocean view, a/c works perfectly, plenty of linens and towels, king size bed was comfortable. Management company went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for us - special thank you for this! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

The room was clean and the location is great. We had no problem checking in or out. Everything is organized and professional. The unit was clean. We were excited for the pool, but bummed to find out that it was closed until further notice due to the plaza not having a permit. If we return to Kona, we will look to book with Knutson & Associates again.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week-long vacation to the big island. Pros to this space are that it was pretty well equipped and comfortable, the rental company was very responsive to emails, it had a beautiful balcony, included parking, the pool was nice and never too busy, and it was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. We did note a few concerns and have addressed them with the owners. These included some maintenance concerns due to the property's age and not being stocked with enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay. Overall, this was a great place to call home for the week, and we would recommend it to others for its great location and affordable price.

This was so conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Kona. We loved staying here. It was a quick walk down to the pier to swim every morning and the unit was well equipped with all we needed.
