Ocean view with crashing surf. Perfect for watching surfers and sunsets.
Condo stocked with beach chairs etc. Comfortable furnishings for two people. Only thing we noticed was some vagrants camped near parking garage and hanging out nearby. Overall a good condo with spectacular views.

Really nice view from balcony makes a very relaxing stay. Loves the boogie boards, chairs, and few other amenities that made our stay even more fun.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Kailua-Kona area is very vibrant. Much more so than Hilo. The condo is nice and comfortable. The view is fantastic. It was nice to be able to park in the parking garage. There were some tiny ants in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a big deal. A vending machine in the pool area would be nice, it could save a trip the store.

This was our fifth time in Kona and forth time at Kona Reef. We were thrilled again with everything our condo had to offer. Location is perfect, the view is second to none and everything the complex has to offer was perfect. It was nice to have snorkeling equipment, chairs and coolers in our unit to use when we went to the beach as well as a washer and dryer to keep our clothing and towels fresh and clean. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat in the afternoon after the beach. Will definitely be looking for another available unit when we return in hopefully the near future!!!
