You are also in close distance to the Kailua-Kona downtown area where you can enjoy the shops, restaurants, happy hour festivities and nightlife that Kona has to offer!

The primary bedroom has a new king bed, air conditioning and smart television for guests to relax and unwind. There is an adjoining bathroom with a shower, also with hall access for guest use. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed and twin bunk beds with its own smart TV, a full attached bathroom with a tub-shower combo and sliding door access to the lanai.

The living area is open concept with a great flow to allow for conversation from the kitchen to the living areas through to the lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. Enjoy dining at the bar or outside al fresco style on the lanai. The living area has a large 65'' flat-screen smart television, and there is a window air conditioning unit. There are ceiling fans in every room to keep the space comfortable during hot Hawaiian days.

Enjoy the relaxing lanai and sound of the crashing waves as you unwind after your Big Island adventures! The lanai has a tropical garden feel and is a great private place to relax and enjoy some legendary Kona coffee or a tropical cocktail.
