The washer is available and it’s a quiet location.
Two entry codes were not provided accurately. The sheets were stained and stairs were hard. There was no way to turn off the light in the bedroom and shower hallway

お部屋は綺麗でデザインもお洒落、キッチンも広く料理がしやすく、ベッドルームも完全に独立しているのでとても過ごしやすかったです。 またベッドルームのクローゼットは小さめのスーツケースなら広げて中に入れておけるので、スッキリと便利に荷物を置いておくことができます。 設備自体が新しいこともあり、充実しています。 水回りは申し分無く、キッチンは三ツ口コンロです。ただグリルは使用禁止でした。掃除を考えると妥当だとは思います。 2人利用では広さは十分ですし、清潔感も高く非常に快適に過ごすことができました。
エレベーターがなく、とにかく階段が狭い…。荷物が多く、上階利用の場合はかなりつらいです。 一部清掃が甘い点はありました。特に食器については洗い直してから使わないといけないものもありました。 ここからは良くない点ではなく、改善されるとよいなと思う点です。 トイレの引き戸は滑りが良いので、少し勢いをつけて閉めるだけで、戸が当たり、大きな音がするので、クッション材を付けると良いかと思いました。 また、洗濯機の上に棚をつけると、洗剤や洗濯物、タオルなどを一時的に置いておくことができるので、より便利になるかと思います。

The narrow staircase to our unit at the 2nd floor made it challenging to bring suitcases and baby stroller up and down

The apartment is well located with easy access to public transport. There is a convenience store right in front of the apartment. :-) The size of the apartment (59 M2) was great for a family of 4 members. :-)
Cleanness was not at the same standard as other apartments we stayed in Japan.
