交通方便，在住宅區不吵雜，附近有付費停車場 。有洗衣機、簡易廚房長期住宿很方便 。
樓梯間有異味 。

住宿地點方便，都營地鐵森下站出來約6分鐘，樓下就有luup 租借很方便，位置安靜
大致都很好，不過第二間房間再一台冷氣會更完美

В квартире достаточно чисто, расположение рядом с метро, 5 минут ходьбы, тихий район. В квартире есть вся необходимая бытовая техника.
Не работал кондиционер на тепло, в квартире было ужасно холодно (время вторая половина ноября). Хозяин был все время на связи но только сочувствовал, решений проблемы не принимал. После моего намека, перед моим отъездом хозяином было предложено поменять квартиру, что было бессмысленно, потому что через несколько часов я уже улетала. В итоге я прожила 6 дней в холоде. Довольно странно видеть отсутствие клиентоориентированности с учетом такой высокой стоимости квартиры. Помимо этого, имейте ввиду что: вода в душе не очень горячая, квартира не двухкомнатная, односпальная кровать находится на кухне, никакой стены там нет.
