Posizione in un quartiere tranquillo a 15 min dalla stazione metro, quindi comoda per spostamenti. Ci sono alcuni ristorantini in zona e un supermercato sotto casa. Host risponde velocemente, per cui è utile se c’è necessità.

La pulizia non era delle migliori, rispetto alla media Giapponese. C’era polvere per terra. In ogni caso abbiamo segnalato e si sono comunque offerti di far ripulire la camera.

We liked the relaxed and more quiet neighborhood which is still well connected by public transport. Also to have an entire flat to ourselves.

I found that pricing was a little intransparent when booking. Additional costs appeared during the booking process. The price was still ok after that but it definitely had changed upwards.

Facilities and location primarily.

Although we were able to check-in early,it would have been great to know in it in advance ( the night before or early morning)

Location was good, albeit a bit of a short walk from the station. It has several public transport options within a 10 minute walk though. The building is quite new so the accommodation is in a good state of repair and appliances are also new.

It is managed like a hotel and this creates friction as it can not possibly provide the service of a hotel. The amount of items in the house are at the bare minimum, but if something is missing, there is no way to ask reception to get it asap. Cleaningness is not as good as a hotel, finding the appartment clean overall, but with hair and dust collecting in the corners. Floor had some sticky substance on places from previous users and had not been cleaned properly. The worst if the absurd check in and check out times. They follow the japanese hotel format with a 4pm check in, which means to be bound with a suitcase and totally exhausted from a 15hours plus plane trip for hours before being allowed to enter. The check out is at 10am which also means to wake up and rush to pack and get out. Being an appartment they could offer more flexibility as in an unmanned check in process. Why not allow a 1pm check in if the appartment is ready? And this is a criticism to all japanese accommodation industry... why do they need 6 hours to clean a place? It is the worst customer service possible if it is no possible to improve the customer experience that forces tourist to carry all their stuff all day, and then have to leave so early that have to carry their luggage for another 6 hours until next check in.
