静かな場所で駅まで近いので良かったです。 困った時、親切な対応していただけたので良かったです。

If you want to experience a more local and quite neighborhood of Tokyo the location of the property is great. The Asakusa line is accessible with 5-6min walk. For other lines the Skytree is in walkable distance. The size of the room is pretty good for two people. The staff is quick at replying messages through Booking (replies were in Japanese but with translation it was no problem).

The cleaning! Only the visible basic parts of the room was cleaned and the rest was dusty. There were hair on the floor, even on the ceiling of the shower area and inside the washing machine, the letter seat was not cleaned. They don’t provide any cleaning service during your stay (there are some equipments provided for self cleaning but for me it wasn’t enough, for ex. there is no vacuum cleaner). The property is clearly more suitable for long term stays, when you are prepared to establish your own system. But for the people who are just there on vacation for few weeks it lacks practicality. The staff is non existent, there are no amenities (except for the sheets and towels with questionable hygiene). There is washing machine in the room but it doesn’t dry (we used the laundromat in the next block). Garbages takes too much space. Positioning the tv inside the bedroom is not convenient. All in all it doesn’t provide what was is expected with this price.
