It’s at very good location with convenient stores close by.
Fridge has smell, floor made noise in kitchen area, noise & light from the street.

Location is wonderful. Very close to Asakusa and a great 7-11. Great views of the skytree from the street.
Lack of insulation- was very cold in the main entrance area always and when heat pumps weren’t on - 7 degrees inside in the morning! Low beams in doorways - if you are taller than 172cm beware you may hit your head a lot. Very steep staircases up to bedrooms. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink.
