The location was great for our family. There is a small playground a one minute walk away, pedestrian path by the river, and of course the temple and all the goings on. The host is a great communicator. We were able to store luggage before and after check-in, the rooms are comfortable. My family loved Asakusa, and this will be our choice for our next visit to Tokyo.
The walk is 10 minutes or so to a train station. Laundry don’t dry well in the apartment.

Location and ease of access was fabulous
Had to clean the crockery before use. A wet cleaning towel was left on the floor near the washing machine.
