Rakuten STAY Tokyo Asakusa

Clean and close to action in Asakusa

It is a room with a bed, small frdge and a bathroom. Hardly room to turnaround. There is NO desk to check-in which is great until you have a problem. After a long day out and about my door keypad was inoperable. I had to call customer care and wait for the arrival of an on-call service. Thankfully the customer service representative allowed me to use another room while waiting for someone to unlock my door. Customer service was efficient even through an iPad

Posizione ottima

Stanza minuscola e mal organizzata.
