Esattamente come la descrizione. Pulito e sebbene piccolo molto ben organizzato funzionale. Zona comoda e tranquilla ideale per soggiorno in famiglia

Dash Living Asakusa South is a newly commissioned property, it is very well equipped with amenities and functionally designed. The place can become better with some warm and cozy lobby interiors. We did not opt for the breakfast, not sure if there is an option available as there is no common dining area or kitchen. It would be great if they use the space on ground level for a cafe or a restaurant. The property is a 1-12 minute walk from the nearest metro stations and can be a little tiring at the end of a long day in the large overwhelming city of Tokyo. The neighborhood is peaceful, quite and in vicinity of decent convenience stores and other amenities.

We were disappointed by the Lack of co ordination between booking.com and the dash living, we reached the property on the date of check in and we had not received any information on self check in. with great difficulty and delay we managed to contact dash living and received the information on email and whatsapp. this was not the end of our struggle, the elevator door wasn't working. we were stuck in the ground floor lobby for considerable time as the door wasn't opening at ground level from the lobby call button. The elevator malfunctioned happened again on a few occasions and we also received an email confirming that the management is resolving the issue.

La limpieza y los servicios del apartamento. Además la localización queda más o menos bien para la estación de Asakusa (10-15m) y hay varias tiendas kombini cerca.

Hay lavadora pero no hace además la función de lavadora. Hace falta tendedero. Dentro de la ducha hay un sistema para secar ropa, pero tienes que estar colgando todo en perchas encima de una barra de poco más de 1 metro. Seca bien, pero si se da la situación de tener que secar toallas y ropa de cama, es inviable.
