Die Lage war unschlagbar gut! Das Esszimmer haben wir nie benutzt, weil die 4 Sitzplätze am Küchenfenster (wie ein Tresen mit Barhockern) mit Blick auf den Platz in der Altstadt und der Ruine zu jeder Zeit so faszinierend war. Sehr schön war auch die Sitzgelegenheit draußen vor und die Möglichkeit, direkt vor der Tür loswandern zu können. Die komplette Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit waren klasse. 👍🏻

De locatie van het huis maar ook het huis zelf. Picobello. Er ontbrak niets. En schoon. Communicatie met eigenaar is ook goed.

Er was wel wat gedoe rondom de juiste code van het sleutelkluisje maar dit werd later door de eigenaar adequaat opgelost. Het appartement ligt direct aan het marktplein, middenin het centrum van Monschau. Let op: parkeren kan daardoor dus alleen in de garages aan de rand van het centrum. Dit is op slechts 2 minuten lopen. Het appartement is heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is prachtig aangelegd en gloednieuw.
Het avondleven in Monschau is minimaal. Om 20.00 uur sluit elk restaurant en er zijn nauwelijks mogelijkheden om 's avonds nog wat te drinken op een terras of in een kroeg/restaurant.

Centraal gelegen in centrum van prachtig stadje, dichtbij restaurants en winkels. Leuk uitzicht op een plein. Veel ruimte, verspreid over 4 verdiepingen meerdere slaapkamers en badkamers. Keuken is heel goed ingericht.
