Impecccable flat with misleading information

The place was really clean and kitchen dishes etc available.

There were no instructions for anything. AS there was no wifi password given, I presumed it was false advertising. So went all the way into town to give online classes and then came home and looked at the modem and wifi worked worked well. TV - said no signal so I did not persist. The second point is that it said 'central'. In my mind, central meant near the main train station. I had a 6.00 am train and presumed a 10-minute walk as there would be no public transport at that time, particularly on Sunday. The walk took 40 minutes as this place is located in a suburb and the nearest shop/supermarket is 20 minutes walk away. Not my understanding of central. With a car no problem. There is also a tram neraby which is five stops away from the 'centre'.

La struttura era bruttissima.

Appena arrivati per fare il check-in eravamo già in confusione, 4 cassette con le chiavi senza neanche una scritta per capire quale fosse quella giusta…appena troviamo quella giusta…apriamo la porta e apriti cielo, tutto in disordine e ancora tutto da pulire…puzza e pezzi solidi ancora nel wc… NO COMMENT.

El precio estaba bastante bien y la ubicación encajaba para el viaje que queríamos hacer por Alsacia. Como estábamos todo el día fuera, no echamos en falta nada, es un apartamento básico pero con lo necesario para pasar unos días.

En general no hubo nada que no me gustara, por indicar alguna mejora diría que nosotros estuvimos una semana entera y solo había una toalla pequeña para cada uno, una toalla de manos. Podrían poner toallas más grandes y que se escuchaba bastante ruido en la planta de arriba, como el suelo es de madera se escuchaba todo el rato pasos y se movía nuestra puerta del baño constantemente haciendo ruido.

Había un par de toallas solo y eramos dos y quizá un poco la zona por la noche, que da cierto respeto.

Ventanas abiertas al llegar y mucho frio -4°, sucio, muy mal olor si vas mejor ir resfriado con nariz tapada, lleno de polvo no recomendado para quien tiene alergia al polvo o a gato, restos de comida, suelo sucio, y te cobran 15€ por la limpieza....1 toalla mediana para compartir, cama dura y muy incomoda, imposible dormir.....recepción 24h? imposible contactar con propietario, para encontrar llaves hay 5 cajas tuvimos que probar todas, parking fatal..., no hay secador de pelo se seca al aire, el supuesto horno no está en ningun lado, tv la pueden sacar ocupa espacio y no funciona, wifi igual y la cafetera la pueden sacar si ni si quiera dejan para hacer 1 cafe, en fim hicimos parada para descansar pero mejor seguir, nada recomendado.

😡NON ANDATECI! NO GO THERE! Molto sporco, molta puzza nella stanza, lenzuola sporche, macchiate e maleodoranti, peli nei cassetti della cucina, padelle spporchissima. Edificio decadente. VERY DIRTY AND TERRIBLE STINK😱🤢

TRES décevant , et surtout rien de "Deluxe" comme indiqué dans le titre

environnement assez sale , lit en banquette dépliable et matelas très mince , cela sent la fumée de cigarette dès l'entrée , les ustensiles de cuisine sont TRES rudimentaires, etc, etc...

L’emplacement dans une petite rue au calme et à côté d’une boulangerie. À savoir église et cloches sonnantes à proximité.

Housse de couette mal odorante et inadaptée : pour lit simple alors que lit double Serviettes usées et propreté douteuse télévision qui ne fonctionne pas Lave linge bloqué qui ne fonctionne pas Il n’y a pas de sèche linge mais bien un étendoir Détecteur de fumée hors de fonctionnement : posé dans le placard Le logement n’est pas insonorisé Dosettes de café inadaptées à la machine a disposition Torchon : sale, vaisselle mal lavée qui sèche dans l’égouttoir Les prestations indiquées dans l’annonce ne sont pas disponibles, le propriétaire se justifie par le prix attractif ?! À éviter, mettez une peu plus cher pour mieux 😉
