We communicated to the owner our arrival time, around 9pm on 1st January. It was snowing outside. When we entered the apartment, the temperature was 4 degrees and the only way to warm up the apartment was the hot function of only two (for a big apartment!) aircon. This was not explained in the “instruction leaflet” left on the coffee table. We tried to call and communicate with the owner who did not reply till the morning after.

Experiencia muy decepcionante: mala gestión y falta de confort
la vivienda es grande, y los aire funcionan bien.
Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia tras alojarnos cinco noches en esta vivienda no ha sido satisfactoria. Desde el inicio hubo aspectos poco claros: el depósito obligatorio de 300 € no se indicaba de forma evidente al realizar la reserva y solo se nos comunicó el día previo a la llegada, con la advertencia de que sin ese pago no se entregarían las llaves. Tras más de diez años utilizando Booking, fue una sorpresa desagradable, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que el precio del alojamiento no es bajo. El edificio es antiguo, la entrada resulta sucia, confusa y no dispone de ascensor. El apartamento se encuentra en un segundo piso tipo buhardilla, con varias escaleras, lo que complica mucho la estancia con maletas grandes o con niños. Además, la escalera interior es peligrosa y no hay baño en la planta superior, lo que supone un riesgo durante la noche.Aunque la vivienda es amplia, está muy mal equipada: escasez de todo, 2 papel higiénico para 5 noches y 3 personas, solo una bolsa de basura y agua de cortesía; ausencia total de armarios, perchas o cajones; solo podemos usar la maleta, colchón de cuna en mal estado; no hay almohadas solo cojín de sofá y mobiliario poco cuidado. El calentador de agua solo permite ducharse cómodamente a dos personas, dejando a la tercera con agua fría, algo especialmente incómodo en invierno.La comunicación con la propietaria fue fría y poco empática, con exigencias constantes (retirar el coche las 21:30 de la noche bajo lluvia, nos obliga lavar los platos y tirar las basuras antes de check out, normas estrictas de salida con penalizaciones económicas cada 10 mins 5€) pero sin ofrecer ayuda durante la estancia. Resulta especialmente sorprendente que, pese a todo, se nos solicitara una reseña positiva y se tardara una semana en devolver el depósito.En conjunto, la estancia nos hizo sentir incómodos y poco bienvenidos. No volveríamos ni recomendaríamos este alojamiento.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung, genau wie beschrieben.
Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet. Dank Klimaanlagen herrschten angenehme Temperaturen in der Dachgeschoss-Wohnung. Betten (2 x Doppelbett) waren bequem. Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber. Netter Kontakt mit der Besitzerin.
Der Haupteingang des Mehrfamilienhauses roch nach Katzenurin. Dies hatte allerdings keine Auswirkungen auf die Wohnung. Die Rückseite des Gebäudes könnte eine Renovierung vertragen 😉.

Idéal pour visiter Mulhouse
L'appartement est superbe et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié les équipements de cuisine, clim tout. Les serviettes de toilettes étaient moelleuses à souhait la salle de bain est incroyable.
Les lits sont très confortables.
La situation permet de bénéficier du calme le soir et la nuit .
Bref nous y sommes allés avec mes beaux parents et. Nous avons adoré ! Je recommande vivement ce logement

Die Unterkunft und der Aufenthalt in Mulhouse sind absolut empfehlenswert!!
Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau in der obersten Etage, in einer Nebenstraße. Als wir ankamen, haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie ist stilvoll eingereicht und bietet viel Platz. Besonders der Altbau-Charme hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Holzfußboden, die Balken und die zwei Ebenen. Das Bad bietet eine tolle ebenerdige große Dusche und die Küche ist mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir haben in der oberen Ebene geschlafen und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min und mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min zu erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Lidl und einen fantastischen Bäcker. Die Altstadt ist sehr sehenswert, insbesondere die Kunstgalerie und die sehr alten Fachwerkhäuser. Mit ca. 40 min ist man in den Vogesen und kann fantastische, beschilderte Wanderungen unternehmen. Auch Basel ist nur ca. 40 min entfernt. Mulhouse und die Unterkunft bieten damit einen wirklich guten Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.
Cindy und auch ihre Nachbarin waren immer erreichbar und äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten eine Autopanne (Batterie kaputt) und sie haben uns sofort helfen können. Vielen herzlichen Dank noch einmal dafür!!!
