About this bed and breakfast

1 bedroom unit, kitchenette with dishwasher.
1 mile walk to Autzen stadium.
2 mile drive to University of Oregon.
2 minute walk to the shopping mall (Oakway Center)
High walk score.
Prime location in a golf course community (Eugene country club). Fast internet.
Gut renovation in 2025, new plumbing, electric, ductless heat pump / AC in unit washer and dryer.
Spacious 1 bedroom. Assigned driveway parking and street parking available Quiet, secure location.
Smart secure lock are changed in between guests unlike other rentals.

Note that there is a narrow shared (commercial-rated) wall with the main house (like a duplex) with long term tenants that are quiet and won't disturb you.
The garage space (storage space)of this guesthouse is not part of the rental.
There is NO oven or cooktop in this unit.
