Exactly what I wanted. Easy clean and surprisingly quiet place to sleep. Was in town for the Eugene marathon. Location was great. As was price and facilities.
Street parking was abundant and since I was there for the weekend it was free but could see that as a problem for different times and durations.

The privacy, and the efficiency of everything. Along with the respect, and politeness from everybody.
There really wasn't a lot to dislike about it, other than 1 very small minor exception and that would have to be the parking. But it's something that's dealt with everyday so it makes it super easy to not allow it to become a big deal at all.

The smell of weed, permeated through my room, I had to get the staff to bring me air wick!
