Henry, the owner and operator is amazing very friendly. This is a top quality stay. I would recommend anyone coming to Eugene to stay here!!

Henry at the front desk was so personable and kind. I’ve been coming to Eugene for 2 years now since my son is at UO but this is the first at Downtown Inn. This place will be my go-to from now on. Place is central to the campus, restaurants and grocery stores. Parking is a big problem in Eugene but this place has plenty of parking for their customers.
The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is the room I stayed at even though it was clean, smelled a little off. It smelled like a senior citizen who wore a lot of pomade BUT it was nothing that a Febreeze spray couldn’t fix.
Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and modern. Bed was firm but comfortable. Easy walk to the train station and lots of things to do downtown.
