This motel was just what we needed. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfy, near the airport & a good value

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and it was very nice to have parking right next to our room. The reception staff was friendly and polite.

We really had zero problems with the room. There didn't seem to be a lot of rooms available with a two bed option. Since I was traveling with my kiddo and it was important to have a comfortable night's rest, I was glad to find this room available.

Nothing.. an absolute bomb of a place. In the heart of crime central. People walking around all hours of the night. I wouldn't recommend it to my enemy

Sadly I never even got a chance to like anything at all!!!

The fact that it said 100 security deposit and he required 200 and a credit card and even tho we had 60k in the bank that wasn't good enough!! We had the 200 but he still said no and said he would confirm it was just him saying no and his fault for the cancellation and then we'd get our money back!!! But now he won't answer to Bookings CSR that has called and emailed him and he still will not respond so then he doesn't have to pay it back!!? So he lied to my face and discriminated us just because we went from here and he even said that it didn't matter he didn't want us staying there because of how we looked!! It was very inappropriate and disrespectful!! I would not suggest booking here unless you like getting put down and turned away in a very rude manner!!!

Great room, Food close by. Day manager was argumentative.

The room was well appointed with a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and had free wi-fi. Parking was right in front of my door. A nice little Taqueria was right next door.

Soda machine out front didn't work at all, and looked like it hadn't in a long time. The manager's car was parked in front of my room and he argued with me when I parked 2 spots away so I wouldn't be on his bumper. Not only did I park a ways away and move my car after he left, but I'm pretty sure I was the ONLY guest staying there that night, so not sure what the big issue was.

Convenient parking right out side the door, good sized room with a great sized bathroom, and the beds were nice.

A little too close to the hwy (lots of road noise) and it isn’t in the best part of town. But that won’t stop us from staying there again.

Preferred choice

Clean room, friendly staff. Table and chairs, coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave in each room. Toiletries provided. We tried other places and this is by far the BEST cheap room in Eugene. 5 to 15 minutes from anywhere in town. Very convenient.

No complaints specific to location. Same as any motel...beds are spring, pillows are thin, direct tv sucks in general. Overall very pleased.

I booked a king bed and was givin a full not even a queen and the motel wasn't even full. When I asked about it the front desk told me thats all there was. Bullshit they were not full he was just lazy.

Glad it was a short stay.

We arrived very late due to delayed flights-getting in at midnight, I had called the main number to let them know about the huge delay. The night clerk was very helpful at check in. The bed was comfortable.

There was no hook on the bathroom door for clothes while showering. The sink sits kind of far back for using while brushing teeth. The bath towels were small. Unhoused frequented the area, probably because of a close pot dispensary. And both sides of the bed- middle area had feet that stuck out past the bed, we kept kicking it.

Stop over between one city and the next

Location not great next to busy highway and homeless encampment with homeless shelters nearby. Sink was super tall and not able to be used by all parties some of them being adults. The beds were pushed so much against the wall that you had to get in from the other side.

We were in town for daughters U of O graduation. We found out we needed to book another night in addition to the three nights we had booked elsewhere. The whole town was booked but managed to reserve a night at the Value Inn. It was clean and worked out fine. It’s not the place to book if you want walkability or local beauty but for the night it was clean and worked out fine.

It doesn’t have a whole lot going for it aesthetically.

We didn’t stay there I wouldn’t suggest anybody stay there. It was awful.

This hotel is in a horrible neighborhood, which is surrounded by homeless people who walk the streets. They have a fence around the property to protect anybody who was there? We did not stay there. We have no intentions of ever staying there and unfortunately, you charged us for this room. We had to find a new hotel in the middle of Eugene during a NCAA track and field tournament and it was very difficult and we spent way more money than we wanted to on a one night stay. We will never ever book through booking again as this hotel was poor was poorly represented.

The location was horrible. Surrounded by homeless drug addicts who walk the streets at night he didn’t feel safe there and felt like our vehicle could easily be broken into.

It was close to other businesses for easy shopping. The rhododendren bush outside, our parking spot... that's about it.

I had to downgrade my room bc of my service animal, charged an additional fee & still paid same for this shitty room that I would be paid for the King suite originally reserved. Didn't like getting call at 10 am to remind us it was time to check- out... turned out 11 am was check- out. We left an hour early & didnt need to. Then we were harassed outside our room about our dog by same guy who had just called our room at 10 am notifying us we needed to vacate the room. 2 of our lamps were burnt out, cobwebs all over room, glass shards in dresser drawers along with food crumbs and hair, the a/c didn't work & was clogged up with dust lint, shower and tub were greasy and grimy w/hair, dirty fingerprints and food spills all over walls, doors, and light fixtures. I was very disappointed, most likely will not stay there again.
