During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Washing machine, Oven, Iron, Ironing board, Electric kettle, Toaster, vintage Moulinex electric mixer, Filter coffee maker, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located for those who enjoy both peace and quiet and walking.
Just a 10-minute walk from Gare Nord station (or 2 stops on the “Moutonnerie” streetcar), you have easy access to all of Nantes' great sites:
- the Jardin des Plantes, where you'll discover works of art from around the world, and a good restaurant and tea room at the top of the garden;
- Château des Ducs de Bretagne et de la Duchesse Anne (3 streetcar stops);
- Le Lieu Unique (opposite the château), a national stage with a performance hall, bookshop, bar, restaurant and exhibition hall (depending on programming);
- floating bars on the Quais de l'Ordre at the foot of Le Lieu Unique;
- the Bouffay district, a pedestrianized, cobbled old town. (15-minute walk or 4 streetcar stops);
- the Cathedral (currently under renovation);
- on the other side of the Cours des 50-Otages, you can walk up to Place Graslin, and lose yourself in the small, adjacent streets full of pretty shops;
- Théâtre Graslin ;
- The legendary brasserie La Cigale (Place Graslin);
- Île de Nantes, with its emblematic Elephant, Galerie des Machines and Carrousel de la Mer. Not to be missed;
