Cocoonr agency is pleased to offer this 48 m² apartment for rent on the 4th floor (with elevator) in Nantes, France. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment comprises a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Bed linen, towels and wifi included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Living room with sofa, TV and dining area for 4 people.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)

- Bathroom with shower
The apartment is ideally located on the banks of the Erdre River, and just a few meters from the train station, you can reach the city center in 20 minutes on foot. You can also take advantage of the amenities close to the apartment.

L'Idylle "Nice apartment for a family with walking distance to the city center.
🙂 The location is great. Walking distance from the city center. The property is exactly as described. It was very easy to arrange the time to collect the keys.

Bed is really comfortable.

L'Idylle "Nearly perfect place to stay for a few days in Nantes for leisure or for a conference.
🙂 The location is great: Congress Centre, railway station, old town all are in easy walking distance. We have got clear instructions on where to drive in, and met the host (Florence) at the garage gate. She has clearly explained (in good English) how and where to park the car, showed the apartment, how to use what in the kitchen, etc. This was a concise and pleasant conversation. Wifi was also good.
🙁 Some kitchen utensils could be replaced by newer ones, sometimes smell/weak ventilation in the WC room. The owners should start slowly thinking about refreshing the apartment. The place in the garage is not easy to drive out. The lift in the building did not work all weekdays (except that it fortunately worked when we arrived)."

L'Idylle "Comfortable, good location, garage available.
🙂 The apartment is on the 4th stage of a building near the roundabout Quai de Malakoff/Pont de Tibilissi. There's a small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a room and, in the French style, the WC and the shower in separate pieces. There's a parking place in the building, enough for an average car (a big SUV owner might have a hard time parking there). Surprisingly silent, despite being near the Railway Station. In a 20 minutes walk you can get to Duchess Ann Castle, crossing a bridge over the rails, or the the Botanical Garden, crossing the station itself. Bus stop by the door, and public transport is free in the weekend."
