About this apartment rental
We propose to you to rent, in Nantes, this charming flat with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower, WC
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days
The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's garage and private car park.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the flat
On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be there to listen to you throughout your stay.

Delightfully furnished and well equipped apartment in a modern block in an excellent area of Nantes, near the Jardin des Plantes, Nantes station and the main tram line. Everything was impeccable, with added bonus of a sunny terrace for breakfast or apéros. We had a lovely family stay.

Le Bienveillant "Lovely apartment in a fab small city
🙂 Everything.
Lovely apartment, in great location across from the botanic gardens which are fabulous. Other attractions are in walking distance and there is also great public transport links. Bus .. 2 mins away and tram... 5 mins.
Location is also convenient for airport shuttle bus. Bus will drop you at train station which is 7- 10 mins walk to apartment. You can cut through the botanic gardens which is a lovely safe walk.
Would also recommend getting the Nantes pass which includes cost of shuttle bus (€10), all public transport and entry to many of the museums and a boat trip.
🙁 Only one small issue... the apartment is close to a creche which had a loud security buzzer which beeped each time someone entered, disturbing the otherwise very tranquil balcony. However this did not spoil our stay at all."
