The Space:
This spacious and comfortable apartment has everything you need for an easy beach stay, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two private balconies with beautiful beach views.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, plenty of storage, a private ensuite with a bathtub, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed, with a second bathroom and walk-in shower just across the hall.
The bright open-plan living area is made for relaxing, with comfortable seating, a dining table, and a 41-inch TV. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, and kettle, great for both short and longer stays.
Guests have free parking, access to the building’s shared gym and pool, and an elevator. The building also has a shelter for added safety and peace of mind.
With plenty of space, modern comforts, and the beach close by, it’s a great place to settle in and enjoy your stay.

The parking space is suitable for standard cars (width of up to 1.9m and a height of up to 1.6m). If you are arriving with a larger vehicle, please contact us before your stay.

In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to your arrival.
2. Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions
By booking this property, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, which is applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law.
Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.
3. VAT Payment Process
If the 18% VAT applies to your reservation, it will be collected either through the booking platform's payment center or charged directly by our property management team, depending on how your reservation was processed. We will provide you with the exact payment steps if this applies to your stay.
