You’ll be greeted by beautiful Mediterranean views as soon as you walk in. The apartment has large windows, an open living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island, making it a great space to cook, relax, and spend time together.
The bedrooms are bright and comfortable, with sea views from the windows. There’s one bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet for added convenience.

And the best part, the beach is just a 2-minute walk away! The building has elevator access and a safe staircase area.
Note: The parking space is suitable for standard cars (width of up to 1.9m and a height of up to 1.6m). If you are arriving with a larger vehicle, please contact us before your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Just over Tel Aviv's promenade (the Tayelet), which features good restaurants and all sorts of places to relax on. The Tayelet also leads to historical Jaffa in the south and to the old Port of Tel Aviv in the north.
Located near the American embassy and the vibrant city center, Bugrashov and Ben Yehuda streets. This area is known for its vibrant night life, delicious eateries, 24/7 supermarkets, cool coffee shops, young and chic clothing for moderate prices and the most beautiful and attractive beaches of Tel Aviv: Banana Beach, Bugrashov Beach, Frishman Beach and the renowned Gordon Beach.
It is also a walking distance from the charming quarter of Neve Tsedek with its village-like atmosphere and Tel Aviv’s Old Railway Station (HaTachana complex), full of cafes, restaurants and fashion boutiques.
A few minutes from the Yemenite Quarter (Kerm Hateimanim) where you will find tens of restaurants of traditional Yemenite dishes.

In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to your arrival.
2. Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions
By booking this property, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, which is applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law.
Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.
3. VAT Payment Process
If the 18% VAT applies to your reservation, it will be collected either through the booking platform's payment center or charged directly by our property management team, depending on how your reservation was processed. We will provide you with the exact payment steps if this applies to your stay.

Extra Bedding: A crib or extra folding bed is available exclusively upon request. Please arrange this with us in advance.
