The parking space is suitable for standard cars (width of up to 1.9m and a height of up to 1.6m). If you are arriving with a larger vehicle, please contact us before your stay.
Important: Please note that the exterior of the building is currently under cosmetic renovation which might cause slight noise and dust during the daytime, especially on the balcony.
The building includes a safe staircase area for your safety and peace of mind.

In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to your arrival.
2. Value Added Tax (VAT) & Tourist Exemptions
By booking this property, you agree to pay an additional 18% VAT, which is applicable to Israeli citizens as required by law.
Foreign Tourists: You are exempt from this tax. To claim your exemption, you must provide a photo of the B2 tourist slip received at passport control upon arriving at the airport.
3. VAT Payment Process
If the 18% VAT applies to your reservation, it will be collected either through the booking platform's payment center or charged directly by our property management team, depending on how your reservation was processed. We will provide you with the exact payment steps if this applies to your stay.
