Our new spacious, bright and quiet apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv is only a few steps away from the beach, yet in the center of all things such as eateries, bars and tourist attractions. Ideal for a family or a group of people in vacation.
THE SPACE.
The apartment is 100 m2 and has a large living space which opens on a terrace with a sea view.
Living room furnished with two large and comfortable sofas and equipped with 50" flat screen TV.
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a table for 6 people.
Access to a fully furnished terrace.
Bedroom 1: queen size bed, full height closet and vanity table.
Bedroom 2: double bed, full height closet and 32" flat screen TV
Bedroom3: 2 single beds
2 bathrooms with stylish modern design and pampering showers. One has a bathtub that is also a jacuzzi.
INCLUDED AMENITIES
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
- Iron and board.
- Hi speed Wifi.
- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.
EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT)
- Private parking spot: included in the booking. Please notify us in advance.
- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.
- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.
- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online.
PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located on Trumpeldor street next to Bugrashov and Ben Yehuda street. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach. Dizengoff street in one direction and the famous Carmel market in the other are within walking distance as well. There is no shortage of eateries, shops, and cafes in the immediate vicinity and you'll be able fully enjoy the Tel Aviv life style with minimum planning.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda and Bugrashov streets.
There are countless buses running from Hayarkon and Dizengoff streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastely we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

Everything works, the parking space is absolutly perfect, every room is spacious and functional and the balcony is large enough for lunch, dinner, breakfast as a family.
Perhaps a carpet/rug or two... but not necessary

Fab 3 bed apartment in the best location in Tel Aviv.
Rooms are spacious. Washing machine and dryer are a big plus.
Location could not have been better. Clean and ample towels and bedding was available. Check in and check out were very easy.
Staff at Feelhome were very friendly and offer really good value for money and customer service.
The kettle and the toaster are old and not particularly pleasant to look at in the kitchen. A small investment in new ones would make a difference to the general look of the kitchen. Microwave was also old but adequate.

My family and I spent about 9 days in this apartment and we found it to be very comfortable and with a great location. It is only two blocks from the Bograshov beach and close to everything Tel Aviv has to offer. AC is working well and helped with the heat. Having a parking spot was great since we took a couple day trips with the rental car, although I would suggest to get a small car to park easily. We enjoyed our stay!

The air movement in the apartment on hot days was not great - there is one air conditioner unit in the apartment and it did not circulate well to the back bedrooms
