Looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay near Tel Aviv's best beaches? This is it! This renovated apartment has 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, and a beautiful terrace. It's located in the heart of Tel Aviv on Ben Yehuda and Bograshov streets and has all the necessary features to make your stay flawless. It is only a few minutes away from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and clubs.

THE SPACE
The apartment is 95m2. The living space is large and bright, divided between a living room, a terrace, a dining area and an open plan kitchen.
Living room with 2 sofas, a coffee table and equipped with a 43" flat screen TV (satellite, cable, DVD)
Dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Full equipped open plan kitchen with a bar and two stools.
Large terrace with a seating area.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 39" flat screen TV, full hight closet, desk and en suite full bathroom with walk in shower
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed. This is also the SHELTER in case of emergency.
Second full bathroom with walk in shower.
Guest toilets.

- Parking: included in the booking for 14-day or longer stays. Please notify us in advance*
- Central AC/heat.
- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.

- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.
- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.

- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hours minimum.

The parking lot is on Mendele Mokher Sfarim street 3, less than 200 meters away (a 2-minute walk).
**IMPORTANT UPDATE: BETWEEN 18/04/2021 - 30/12/2026, THERE IS CONSTRUCTION WORK ON BEN YEHUDA STREET WHILE THE CITY IS BUILDING A TRAMWAY. IT MAY CAUSE SOME NUISANCE.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located on the central Ben Yehuda street next to Bugrashov and Shalom Aleichem. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach, Dizengoff street, the famous Carmel market, and a short distance from the old historic Jaffa. There is no shortage of eateries, shops, and cafes in the vicinity and you'll be able fully enjoy the Tel Aviv life style.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda and Bugrashov streets.
There are countless buses running from Hayarkon and Dizengoff streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed. It was very spacious for an Israeli apartment and was great for the five adults in our party. The location could not have been very central to everything and we could walk to everything in the city. Parking was a definite plus as we only used the car to go out of the city.
I would have liked a little more instruction on how to use the appliances. The booklet had a lot of information but this was definitely missing e.g. oven, dryer and heating the water during winter months when solar is not working. Although people were sent out to help with these things, they mostly did not know how to use them either. However on the whole, the apartment was great and we would use again.
