Originally built in 1895 and completely renovated in 2021, this home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths. This beautiful home sits on 2.5 acres across the street from Mackerel cove on picturesque Ft. Getty Road. This home offers the perfect setting to relax on the expansive balcony or explore the island of Jamestown. This home features a gourmet kitchen with beautiful water views of Narragansett Bay and serene landscape of Fort Getty. The dining area connects both the North and South area's of the home large enough to seat 15. There is a great room with cathedral ceilings, pool table, full bath, full bar and access to the patio to grill, lounge or dine. There is a secondary living area on the Northernly end of the home featuring a fireplace cozy seating area with leather couches. Also available on this level you will find the elevator, fully equipped laundry room, mudroom, guest suite with king bed and large bath. There is a primary bedroom on the second level down the hall from the kitchen with King bed, oversized bathroom and a room with queen bed. Also on the second level and southernly end of home are two additional bedrooms on with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. A back staircase allows privacy between the 'North' and 'South' area's of the home. However, located on first level there is an elevator for accessibility to the reverse living layout and.
