About this house rental
Enjoy this beautiful downtown location (with 4 off street parking spaces in the property) steps from America's Cup Avenue, Newport Harbor, and all of the fantastic restaurants and shopping that Newport offers. Newport beaches are only 3 minutes by car. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor Ocean view deck off the entertainment room in 3rd floor. Private patio. Go for a walk or ice cream to the many places in downtown Newport. Although it is located in the center of town, it is very quiet street.
Also there is another ocean view deck on the 2nd floor.
Ideal for large families coming to a family reunion or wedding/anniversary celebration.

The location, size of the property, parking spots, bar area and top floor kitchen / view were fantastic. It was perfect for the wedding weekend we had with family visiting and enjoying Sunday football with a group. Plenty of room for 12 of us to stay together, and more. There was an issue with the fridge but the owner was very responsive and helped us right away. Two washing machines/dryers and plenty of refrigerator space. It’s nicer in person than the pictures look, though I would recommend the owners update the bedding linens and pillows, and organize through the kitchen as there are a lot of clutter that has likely piled up from renters. We were able to clear one cabinet for our snacks but it would have been nice to have some empty cabinetry. The apartment area is great for families but since it doesn’t have the central AC the unit has a musty smell. None of this disturbed us enough to impact the stay and we would definitely consider staying here again!!

The Location is the Best you can ask for!! We were in Newport for my daughter’s wedding and rented this beautiful house so my entire family could all be together. We were able to walk to everything! House was spotless. Communicating with Gabriel was great. We spent most of our time sitting on the third floor balcony which has such a nice water view and a great breeze. Kitchen table is great for a big family. Air conditioning worked great as it was a very hot weekend. The huge bar on the first floor entrance was such a big hit with our friends who stopped by after the welcome party. It was literally like we had rented our own private bar for the night. Three refrigerators in the house (one on each level). The apartment which is above the bar, was like having another separate unit from the house with extra privacy, but at the same time, still part of the house. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was a big bonus!! Plenty of sitting room in the family room on third floor with kitchen. We were all very comfortable being together on the third floor living space. Parking for four cars (and we had two oversized trucks) which fit fine into the garage along with two other cars. We had such a great time staying here!! Very positive experience! This rental is a 10 out of 10!!

Fabulous location in downtown Newport! The house is large and clean, with views to the harbor and the water. We stayed for 5 nights during the folk festival and it couldn't have been better.

This place had a beautiful view, was walking distance to downtown and had plenty of room for our family and friends. It even had an amazing bar downstairs where you could entertain.We will reserve next time we are in town.
