Sweet'Nest Dinard - Le Charme Breton

fully furnished, charming, cosy little apartment, very close to beach (5min walk, Saint Enogat). the kitchen is a bit small, but fully furnished, with coffee machine too. the living room has tv, table and sofa (that can be opened to a queen size bed). upstairs is the master bedroom, with shower. overall, very nice and functional. the host was forthcoming and helpful. the location is great: there are bar, bakery and restaurants around the property, and the public beach is nearby. the city centre proper is a 15min walk away. dinard seemed very nice. off street parking, although there is a morning market on wednesdays, so we had to parked the car somewhere else, 5min away in Av Edourard VII. in the end, this was our preferred spot for parking, as there were more spaces. perfect for couples and small families.

a bit tight for a family of 4. but ok for a few days, the excellent location makes up for it. would definitely stay at this property again. some nights there was loud music from the bar across the street until 1-2pm.

Sa localisation, proche de la plage et du centre de Dinard. Proche d’une petite place charmante avec commerces et café. Refait à neuf.

Un peu bruyant car juste en face d’un café.

Nous avons aimé la propreté du logement c'était nickel l'équipement complet avec tout le nécessaire électroménager, l'emplacement au centre pas loin de la plage et avec boulangerie ,café, restaurant, crêperie. Nous avons réussi à stationner devant l'appartement.

Nous avons eu un peu froid en arrivant , mais c'est l'hiver, déconseillé au PMR (marches). Les extérieurs un peu bruyants.

Proximité de la plage et des commerces

Beaucoup trop de bruits le soir et la nuit jusqu’à 4 heures en raison de la brasserie en face du logement (musique. Cris, voix fortes) Impossible de se stationner à proximité du logement
