This apartment is very clean and functional, a mere 7 minutes by foot to the city center. The communication with the owner could not have been better. Each ones of my questions were answered promptly and a request I had for extra towels and sheets was complied with on the same day. I think the apartment could use a couple of rugs to make the place more cozy, but that’s not a criticism, more like an advice. There is a nice little terrace where we sat in the evenings. The house where the apartment is sits in a very quiet neighborhood, and the terrace overlooks a cute little courtyard. At night, we heard nothing, it. Was perfectly quiet. Thank you so much!!!

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Très fonctionnel, juste ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé deux jours très agréables à Dinard. La situation du logement permet de se promener à pied dans le quartier de St Enogat mais aussi dans le centre ville. Le marché couvert est à environ 10min à pied et vaut le détour. Le propriétaire n'était pas présent mais nous a indiqué par téléphone le fonctionnement de l'appartement et nous a donné des informations pour les ballades. L'appartement est situé dans une cour au calme, des places de stationnement sont disponibles dans la rue (très etroite). Nous recommandons!

Mein Mann und ich sind mit der Ferienwohnung in Dinard wirklich zufrieden gewesen! Die Lage ist toll, ein paar Minuten zum Strand, wenige Schritte zum Bäcker, einem kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants in Enogat. Dinard selbst ist nur circa zehn Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Wir hatten Nachmittags Viel Sonne und konnten den kleinen Balkon genießen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, gefehlt hat uns nur Schippe und Besen und ein Wasserkocher :) Gerne kommen wir wieder!

J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement. Le logement est calme et assez agréable avec de beaux volumes. On s'y sent bien et à l'aise. Mais l'équipement laisse à désirer : pas suffisamment de vaisselles, linges de maison restreints ou inexistant, condiments pour faire la cuisine absents. Rapport qualité/prix : je suis très surprise du manque d'équipement et de confort. J'aurai souhaité que le propriétaire fasse un effort à ce sujet. Je ne recommanderai pas ce lieu pour la raison que je viens d'évoquer alors que c'est une bonne adresse.

Un appartement agréable, clair, lumineux, donnant sur une cour-jardin, très au calme. Un plan de travail pour la cuisine qui facilite bien des choses. Le Living est spacieux, avec une tablette pour l'ordinateur, un canapé clic-clac et des fauteuils qui permettent de regarder confortablement la télévision. Une salle de bains bien équipée, une petite terrasse où l'on peut lire ou prendre le petit déjeuner. Une chambre avec une commode de rangement et un coin penderie. Un propriétaire , monsieur Houard, très à l'écoute de ses hôtes et disposé à satisfaire leurs demandes de tous ordres. Très coopératif, c'est un homme de dialogue prêt à aplanir les difficultés et à résoudre les problèmes.

Bel appartement très lumineux, fonctionnel, très propre, spacieux et très bien situé (au calme et à proximité de tout). Notre famille n'est restée qu'un week-end mais les enfants (6 et 10 ans) ont adoré l'appartement! Le propriétaire est très sympa, plein de sollicitude et très arrangeant pour la remise des clés (nous sommes arrivés tard!). Avec de bons conseils aussi (la crêperie recommandée était excellente!). Je reprendrais sans hésiter la même location pour des vacances plus longues!

Nous avons séjourné avec mon mari et mes deux filles de 18 mois et 7 ans début juillet 2016. L'accueil par le propriétaire fut chaleureux avec lot de conseils touristiques. L'appartement est propre, il est lumineux et plus grand que l'idée qui se dégage des photos. Le séjour est spacieux. La chambre et la salle de bains sont de taille suffisante. Le propriétaire a pensé à mettre la machine à laver à disposition, ainsi qu'un séchoir qui se replie pour les serviettes de plage. Il y a également un aspirateur. Les portes fenêtres permettent d'aérer convenablement le séjour. Une amélioration pourrait être apportée à la qualité du canapé-lit ainsi que du fauteuil. Risque de difficulté de parking dans la rue en pleine saison. Merci encore pour le prêt du barbecue. La région de Dinard est très belle. Le quartier de St Enogat ressemble à un beau village avec marché tous les mercredis de juillet et août. Belles plages, et le parc du Port Breton à proximité de la plage du Prieuré à exploiter avec les enfants. Aurore, de Mons en Belgique

première impression en arrivant = mieux que sur les photos, ce qui est rare, les photos étant traditionnellement plus flatteuses que la réalité...! ."Belle maman" nous a accueillis chaleureusement .....nous avons rapidement rencontré un problème technique avec la Box....Le beau frère,(voisin), hyper sympa, a volé à notre secours quelques heures plus tard....en conclusion , un propriétaire bien entouré en cas d'indisponibilité ...propriétaire qui a tenu à faire notre connaissance le jour du départ.....super contact!....... Situation = idéale dans Dinard...rue /sens unique très peu fréquentée,on se gare facilement,/ quartier historique/2 boulangeries extra à 200m /Super marché à 8 mn/à pied......Marché local=10mn....Mer..12 mn..... appartement au 1°étage sans vis à vis ....4 porte fenêtres arrosent l'immense pièce de vie/nickel... d'une belle lumière....salle de bain/chambre=nickel....propreté =nickel.... conclusion = "super camp de base" pour explorer à pied la Côte......superbe chemin douanier "à droite comme à gauche" (=est+ouest).....super panoramiques......3 nuits n'ont pas été suffisantes , malgré une cadence de 25kms /jour à pied!....on reviendra.....et on recommande cette adresse !!!!!!!!!!!......... Mes enfants (âgés de 5 et 8 ans) et moi avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement et nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire. Literie propre et confortable, appartement impeccable, spacieux et bien équipé. La plage de Saint Enogat est très proche. Le centre ville et le marché sont assez près également, à quelques minutes à pieds. Je recommande vivement cette location.
