Fancy discovering the magnificent town of Dinard whilst enjoying the calm and comfort of a modern house? Come and stay in this charming 80m² house, located just 400 metres from Dinard's covered market and offering a pleasant view of a small enclosed garden.
Upon entry, you will be welcomed by a beautiful, bright and well-appointed living space. The lounge, cosy and modern, features a comfortable sofa and a television for your moments of relaxation after a day of exploration. The dining room, meanwhile, invites you to share good meals with family or friends. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, will satisfy all your culinary desires: induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, multi-function food processor, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious dishes.
An additional asset of this house: the veranda, a truly peaceful and bright haven where you can relax, or even enjoy your meals in complete tranquillity.
The house offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a double bed (140x200), whilst the second, located upstairs, has two single beds (80x190) that can be pushed together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200). A bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and WC completes the upstairs whilst a shower room and separate WC are located on the ground floor.
Outside, a lovely enclosed garden will allow you to enjoy sunny days, with garden furniture for your outdoor meals or relaxation time. For even more comfort, the house has a washing machine. The house does not have a private parking space but you will be able to find free parking spaces on the street.
