Fantastic view of the beach from the balcony. Modern facilities, fully equipped to a high standard. Everything was in order. Short walk to a small village with a choice of good restaurants. Beautiful walk along the coast to central Dinard. Free available parking nearby.
The only minus, which was probably out of the control, was that the main outer door digilock was not working well and when we unloaded our luggage to enter we could not get back into the well secured building. Fortunately another tenant let us in. Hoomy advised us that this was in hand, but we had a mild panic as we had left our phones in the apartment.

Situation de l'appartement face mer avec accès sur la plage. Confort et propreté
L'intervention de la conciergerie incompétente et inefficace. Seule l'hôtesse d'accueil qui nous a remis les clés à modifier l'image désastreuse resultant des échanges pendant le mois précédent la prise de location. Le harcèlement et le mercantilisme de la conciergerie ont été insupportables.
