L'appartement est parfait pour 5. Il a tout le confort nécessaire. Nous étions avec un bébé il était suffisamment spacieux pour toutes ses affaires (lit bébé, transat etc..). L'appartement est bien insonorisé. Évidemment le +++ c'était la terrasse .Elle est immense et permet de toujours trouver un endroit à l'abri du vent. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour faire des barbecues. A 2 pas vous avez 2 boulangeries, 2 restos dont 1 qui fait bar. . Il y a une plage juste a côté. Pour le marché des halles il faut marcher 20/25min. L'hôte répond immédiatement aux messages et est très sympathique. Ce logement n'a fait qu'embellir notre séjour à Dinard
Il y a 3 étages a monter mais ca ne nous à pas dérangé
