Amazing stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The surroundings are stunning and the staff are very helpful. They reached out to arrange a transfer from our bus stop early morning. Although the rooms are only available for check in at 2pm the staff try their best to arrange for earlier room. Lovely stay, would come back

The location was a bit further than the main area, and the roads arent the best however the cars could get through alright.

This is a really lovely little family-owned hotel located in Trang An. There are only 13 rooms (5 with pool view and 8 with river view) and then a shared open dining space with a pool table and tables for eating breakfast/dinner. There is also a great pool which we made use of each morning and evening. The rooms are clean and we had two rooms adjacent to eachother each with a river view and a small table/terrace area outside each room. This was a really lovely area to sit at and enjoy the lovely views over the Karst mountains. We even spotted mountain goats! The woman managing the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful and we ate dinner there a few nights during our stay. The food was really good and the portions very generous. We used the free hotel bikes a few times, there are numerous restaurants, ATM and small shops within 5-10min bike ride from the hotel. We also had a brilliant massage at Inner Peace Spa which is just a few mins walk down the road from the hotel. This hotel is small and wont deliver fancy rooms or facilities, but it has a lot of heart and you will receive a very personalised and friendly service from all working there. We can highly recommend staying here.

There was not always hot water in the shower, but it was hot enough to take a shower and it did not detract from our stay here in any way

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful, and the property had great facilities, including a nice pool, a pool table and outdoor tables overlooking the lake. We also appreciated the free bicycles, as well as the option to rent scooters and electric bikes.

Nothing. Everything was perfect, and we had a great stay.

Rural area. Although there’s a building construction going on all day. Noisy.

Zero maintenance! Pool is dirty. Didn’t swim. Bed is noisy. No face towels provided. Noisy AC unit. Weird location. The pond is also dirty, construction bricks everywhere.
