Location, personnel, breakfast, swimming pool. The also let us do the check in before the check in time.
The bathroom in general and the shower in particular, even if it works properly, it could be better.

Theres nothing not to like. The staff are lovely. The price is great. The breakfast is amazing (buffet breakfast). Really good value for money. The rooms amazing, the pool.

The hotel is in a great location and has a very pleasant atmosphere overall.
While the location was great, we felt there was room for improvement in customer service. Unfortunately, we didn't feel very welcome by the morning receptionist, which made it a bit uncomfortable to ask for basic assistance. Additionally, it seemed that most requests that didn't involve extra charges were declined. We hope the management can work on creating a more welcoming and helpful atmosphere for future guests.
