The location and setting was absolutely perfect. Surrounded by water and wedged beneath magnificent limestone karsts. It’s close to the town (and other attractions) with easy walks along back lane ways and beside waterways. It was peaceful and private and our hosts were just delightful.

Oh we loved our stay here, it's one of the only hotels with the big cliff/mountain views surrounding the pool. The Bungalows are so cute, bike rental was amazing and the staff were so so sweet. We'd definitely stay here again, Ninh Binh is incredible!

Amazing hotel, peaceful and scenic. Easy walk or fast cycle from town. Room was in good condition, spacious and with balcony overlooking pond/ pool. A really nice vibe.

Great location, was very easy to hire bikes here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay and helped out when needed.
Facilities were very basic in the rooms & breakfast was also quite basic. There were also some minor issues with the laundry service, some of the clothes has some stains afterwards.
