The property was welcoming, comfortable, clean and scenic. Everything we hoped it would be.
Nothing.

Everything was exceptional at this property. The pictures speak for themselves, it is truly remarkable. Our host, Lan, was unbelievably kind and went over the top to make sure our stay was comfortable and met expectations. She made the difference! Breakfast was great, a mountain of fruit and made to order eggs. I don't know where they got the bread but it was fantastic. Location was perfect. Tam Coc has a fairly touristy vibe, so having this property maybe 2-3 minutes outside the center by walking made it just perfect. You're absolutely walking distance to everything in town, but it's a quiet road on the outskirts when you're ready to wind down. Perfect stay, thank you very much!

Perfect location and very clean. Lan and her family were so accommodating and friendly. I left feeling like family. If I come back to Ninh Binh. I will book with her immediately
